KATIE CORRIGAN
July 3, 1979 - February 18, 2016
It is with great saddness that we announce the passing of one of our own, FF Katie Corrigan. Katie passed away suddenly in her sleep on February 18 at the age of 36. As a volunteer firefighter and ER nurse, she was a large part of our community.
Funeral mass was held Saturday, February 27, 2016, at 1:00 pm at Sacred Heart Parish, 409 5th Avenue, Seward, AK with reception afterwards.

Seward, Bear Creek, and Moose Pass Fire Departments lined up at the edge of town to escort and salute Katie as her hearse passed on its way north. Girdwood and other departments followed suit along her journey.
